Marc Baly
General Director
Marc is an expert in development of financial strategies and investment programs, planning and performing financial audits for a broad range of institutional and private clients.He serves on the Board of Directors of more than 15 companies across various sectors.
He has a profound experience in financial accounting and management, audits, tax compliance and development of customized reporting solutions.
Throughout his career, he has been working with a large number of clients across three continents and has an established reputation as a reliable partner. His sound and long-lasting relationships with global industry partners and world leading associations enable us to develop advanced strategic initiatives and innovative solutions.
Marc received a degree in management from Geneva University and a diploma of Financial Controller.
Herman Hubertus Naumann

Herman Hubertus has more than 25 years experience in project development & management of various types of global and turnkey business projects across a wide range of industries.
He is an expert in identifying and assessment of prospective investment opportunities in rapidly-growing markets of the Middle East, Central & South Asia and Eastern Europe.
The sectors of his experience include business development, project management, M&A, tax & validation services, Due Diligence expertise. With a strong focus on the construction market, he provided advisory services to a wide range of project initiators and developers.
He studied at Universities at Kassel and Frankfurt am Main in Germany and
he holds a bachelor degree in economy from University Kassel and a diploma in International Business administration from University of Education Operation Hassia in Fulda.
Helena Semeshina
Managing Director
Helena focuses on investment activities, including analyzing, structuring and monitoring equity transactions.
She has extensive experience in deal generation, design and implementation of investment programs for private and corporate investors. She is an expert in identifying and assessment of prospective investment opportunities in rapidly-growing markets of the Middle East, Central & South Asia and Eastern Europe.
Prior to BTT, she built her career in TBS International Developments, where she was responsible for development and management of investment portfolio, originating and monitoring of equity placements and acquisition transactions.
She holds a medical doctor degree from NGMI Institute of Medicine and MBA with concentration in finance from the Simon School at the University of Rochester, NY.
